Cancellation and Modification Policy:

 Individual Reservations: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. This will allow us to accommodate other guests and optimize our occupancy. Cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of the arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. In case of a no-show (failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date), a charge equivalent to the entire reservation will apply.

Group Reservations (5 rooms or more): For group reservations, which consist of 5 rooms or more, we have a separate cancellation and modification policy. Please contact our reservations team directly for more information and assistance with group bookings.

Refund Eligibility:

Prepaid Reservations: If you made a prepaid reservation, the amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. This policy helps us ensure that we can efficiently manage our room inventory and maintain competitive rates. We recommend reviewing your travel plans carefully before making a prepaid reservation.

Pay-on-Arrival Reservations: For pay-on-arrival reservations, no prepayment is required. In the event that you need to cancel or modify your reservation, no refunds will be issued. This policy allows us to maintain flexibility in accommodating our guests’ changing needs.

Refund Process:

If you are eligible for a refund based on our policy, we strive to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform, the refund process may be subject to their terms and conditions. We recommend contacting the booking platform directly for any refund-related inquiries.

Exceptions:

 Force Majeure Events: In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations, or any other force majeure events may arise. These events may prevent your stay at our hotel. In such situations, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without any penalty. We understand the inconvenience caused by these events and will work with you to find suitable alternatives or provide necessary refunds.

Non-Refundable Promotions: Certain promotional rates or offers may be non-refundable. We may occasionally offer special rates or exclusive promotions that come with specific terms and conditions. These promotions are clearly outlined at the time of booking, and we recommend reviewing them carefully to understand their refundability.
